Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you decide you do not want an item you have ordered then just let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll be happy to arrange a return for you. This applies only to non-perishable items and any items returned must be in saleable (as new, unused) condition. You are responsible for the cost and method of return, however we always recommend a trackable or recorded method.

Perishable items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This is in accordance with UK law. Faulty items will be inspected against batch codes to determine if the fault was present before the product was opened and if found to contain a fault a refund will be issued. If you retain a receipt for posting your return then we will refund that too. This process may take up to 28 days to complete.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if it is branded by HeadShop.uk

Refunds

Once we receive a return it will be inspected and we will e-mail you to let you know, and notify you if we’ve approved it. If approved then you will be refunded to your original payment method. This can take a number of days to appear in your account.
