Thank you for visiting and shopping at HeadShop.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day unless you have purchased a pre-order item. If your order is received before 4pm we will aim to ship it the same day. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or on some public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is free on all orders over £50. Otherwise the following rates will apply.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, these are beyond the scope of our control as once

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Depending on the combination of products you purchase your order may be sent in more than one package and these may not originate from the same warehouse or fulfilment centre.

Damages

HeadShop.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All items are shipped with applicable insurance that will cover the value of the items.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the UK and Ireland.
